Channels with less than 15 users will not be verified. 4. Channels with no XDCC servers will not be indexed. XDCC must also advertise on channel (Plist option must be on). 5. We reserve the right to deny any Channel, based on the number of users, servers or for any other reason. 6. We reserve the right to change this agreement without notice. 7. I understand that if I abuse this submit page, that my IP will be banned on Packetfind for 24 hours.
